What does the Diagnostic cover?
It examines your organisation as a system: business design, operating model and processes, technology and platforms, data and intelligence, and governance and risk.
How is it priced?
The Diagnostic is a fixed fee, agreed before we start. If you go on to the Architecture phase with us, the Diagnostic fee is credited against Architecture.
What do I receive?
A clear picture of where your constraints are and what to fix first, plus a recommended route forward.
