Signing in to the support portal

The support portal doesn't use passwords.

Two ways to sign in

• Continue with Google, or
• enter your email and choose Email me a sign-in link. Open the link on the same device to finish signing in.

Your past requests

Sign in with the same email address you used to contact us. Any requests sent from that address, including ones sent before you signed in, will appear under My requests.

Didn't get the link?

Links can take a minute or two to arrive. Check spam, then request a new one. Each link works once and expires after a short time.
