How payments work

Subscriptions (Velodesk, PRISM)

Subscriptions are paid by card through Paystack, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Crelligent invoices

Engagement invoices (Diagnostic, Architecture, Build, Foundry) come from billing@crelligent.com. Each invoice shows the amount, currency, due date and how to pay.

Currencies

Nigerian customers are billed in NGN. International customers are generally billed in USD. If you need to pay in another currency, ask our billing team before paying.

Check it's really us

Genuine Crelligent invoices always carry the Crelligent name and logo and come from billing@crelligent.com. If you receive a payment request that looks unusual, especially one asking you to pay into a different account, don't pay it. Forward it to support@crelligent.com first.
