Plans and prices are listed on the Velodesk pricing page. That page is always up to date, so check it rather than an old email or screenshot.
Paying
Subscriptions are paid by card through Paystack. See How payments work for details.
Changing or cancelling
To upgrade, downgrade or cancel, contact support with the email address on your Velodesk account. We'll confirm the change by email.
